What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We provide roof certifications and inspections at a standard price. Roof repairs and re-roof pricing are determined on an individual basis with a complementary estimate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will ask to right questions to determine their needs for the project. I will then propose a plan to perform the work needed to fulfill the clients needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I bring a business background and college education to the contracting industry that gives us the unique ability to give professional service and an unmatched customer experience at a responsible price that makes sense.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in the contracting business over 10 years ago consulting with contractors helping to develop cost and process efficiency. I then saw a deficiency in the business practices and service that many companies used which drove me to develop my business plan. EndterPrize Contracting was developed out of the need for responsible and timely service with quality workmanship.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with everyone from individual homeowner to Real Estate Professionals and insurance companies to provide a resource to receive quality work and service.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We completed two roofs for two clients that are next door neighbors. The two houses improved their respective curb appeal tremendously. Referral business is a terrific way that I like to grow the business.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The most important items that every customer should look for are; the proper license for the project along with the correct insurance. Good reviews and an A rating with the BBB is imperative.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The customer should always think through the legitimacy of the company they are going to hire. Topics should include licensing and insurance. Clients should also ask qualifying questions about exact materials and details of the job. Too many times low bids can be attributed to leaving out some materials or having a lack of qualified labor.How does your business stand out?
